1. When will I receive my order?
- Please allow 1 week for your products to be processed. Shipping will take 1-3 days after if leaves our facility.
- We offer a 30 day MBG for any damaged or defective standard product or a free sign identical to your first purchase, S&H paid. If you have problems with a defective sign, email support@bairdbuilt.com for further help along with a picture of the damaged sign.
- Refunds for customized signs will not be given unless the sign is damaged or defective during shipping. If you have problems with a defective sign, email support@bairdbuilt.com for further help along with a picture of the damaged sign.
- In your email inbox will be a purchase notification at the time of checkout from sales@bairdbuilt.com. Refer to this email and find the order number. Please email us at support@bairdbuilt.com with that order number along with your name and address for further assistance.
- We offer sizes ranging from 12”- 36”

- Yes, all of our products can be displayed inside and outside all year regardless in any environment
- Baird Built uses Stripe, Google Pay, and PayPal; all secure payment platforms to ensure your information is protected.
- Baird Built uses Shopify, one of the most secure Ecommerce platforms in the world. Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard, meaning our store is equipped with proper encryption tools, payment transfer protection, virus prevention measures, and constant security monitoring.
- If a third party requests your personal information, we will refuse to share it unless you give us permission or unless we are required to by law. If we are legally required to share your information, we will let you know, unless we are legally forbidden.
- Yes, our discounts and promotions can be found through our exclusive email subscription.
- We recommend taking a tape measure or ruler and measuring out the space you want the sign to be displayed in.
- Yes, as long as it hasn't been put in to production yet. If you need to change an order, please email support@bairdbuilt.com and provide the order number you received in an email from sales@bairdbuilt.com along with your name, address, and any changes you are requesting.
12. Does Baird Built offer custom signs?
- We offer custom items on our site that are ready to order. Anything that is not offered may be submitted to our team, although we require a minimum of ten (10) items to be considered for approval.
13. How do I design my custom sign?
- When you select a customizable product, there will be a text box to enter your text in. What you type is what will be shown on your sign. At checkout you will be able to review your selection before purchasing to ensure that you have everything just the way you want it.
- Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150
- Shipping is calculated based on the zip code your product(s) is being shipped to as well as shipping weight. Shipping weight will vary from order to order.
